Extra fundraising with repeated promises

Promise contributors have the option of indicating that they would be prepared to offer the promise again for a future fundraiser.

As an example, if promises are indicated as available again, then this page will show an anaylsis of when promises are available and also an estimate of what they could be worth (based on the past auction).
