Book Auction For East Yorkshire Foodbank 2022

An auction of books and all manner of things relating to books from local authors and libraries who are fundraising for the East Yorkshire Foodbank. The Promises range from signed books [ideal Christmas presents] to having an experienced author/creative writing tutor review three chapters of your writing.

How it works:
The auction will run from 7th to 21st of October. Bid on the Promises [Lots] that you want to win. Do the bidding on this website.

When the auction finishes, whoever pledged the highest bid will win that Lot. If you win, we will email you once the auction is finished to let you know the Lot number and the winning bid amount.

To pay for the winning Lots, please go to East Yorkshire Foodbank`s Just Giving page [https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/bookauction] and pay the right amount [or more, if you want to make an extra donation].
Please include the Lot number in the comments that go with the payment, so that we can keep track.

Once the Lot has been paid for, we will put you in touch with the person who promised it so that you can arrange delivery.

If something goes wrong, and you don`t receive the item that you`ve won, let the Foodbank know and they will refund the donation.

If you don`t win, you can still make a donation via the Just Giving site.

We hope you find some lovely things on here, whilst raising money for a good cause. Happy bidding!
