2023 CamCRAG Auction Of Promises

Dear All, Everyone at CamCRAG is enormously grateful to you for contributing a promise to and bidding at our pre-Christmas, online auction. The Auction of Promises raised £2400. Very many thanks for your contribution towards this impressive total. It will all be spent on refugees and will go a small way toward helping them survive this winter. Please keep an eye on our website for information about future activities and events. Thanks again and very best wishes for Christmas and 2024, The CamCRAG Fundraising Team

Cambridge Convoy Refugee Action Group or CamCRAG is a registered charity entirely run by volunteers and dedicated to sending convoys to Calais with donated material aid [tents, sleeping bags, clothing, and toiletries] for the refugees living rough in the area. Whilst there, our volunteers assist the refugee aid organisations with food preparation, wood chopping, and the sorting and distribution of donated tents, sleeping bags, clothing, and toiletries.

We also send material aid to refugees in the eastern Mediterranean, raise awareness of the refugee situation, and fund specific projects run by refugee aid organisations in Calais, Greece, and elsewhere.

As a small, independent charity we can provide funds quickly where there is an urgent need. All the proceeds from this auction will be spent on our convoys, on shipping donations, and on supporting practical refugee projects.
